Generation Pop one of the most exciting art galleries in the North of England will hold a month long exhibition featuring the “Art of Star Wars”. All the officially licensed artwork is being flown over from Hollywood and will feature work on paper and canvas from legendary conceptual designer Ralph McQuarrie as well as Christian Waggoner and Australian artist Chris Wahl. Recently we have seen the guy as a backpack, shoes, laptop, golf club cover, pillow, watch and a transformer – and now, here is the arch-villain as a lamp.

 

Using the dark side as a light source might be a bit of a contradiction, but that will probably not stop hardcore Star Wars collectors from buying it.

The “Star Wars EVA Lamp – Darth Vader” measures 6.5 x 8.5 x 8.8 inches.

It’s currently sold out at Amazon, but available at Collectors Gallery for $40.
